CairoHost Web provides web hosting to customers all over the world, and we take responsibility for protecting each client and providing the best services available. All CairoHost Web customers are subject to the following terms of service:
Services provided by CairoHost Web do not have any refund policy due to the nature of the hosting industry and the costs associated with providing and maintaining the service.
We accept Skrill / Webmoney / Vodafone / Eitslat / Vodafone Cash / Asiacell . There is no minimum contract for any plans. In the event of any disputes we are unable to provide any refunds for your responsibility to verify our services in the validity period you purchase, and then decide to be a tenant to continue or not. 1. Each cPanel will be customized with 100% CPU, RAM: Upto 1GB, IO & IOPS: Upto 1 GB. In a shared environment, sites must keep the resource under the limit and MySQL query time may not take long. 4. A delay fee of $ 1.20 will be added by our billing system if no invoice is paid within the due.
5. Any suspended service related to abuse such as phishing, spam, harassment, malware, etc. will be suspended within 24 to 48 hours with / without notification if security fees are not paid or the customer fails to respond.
6. If no service is paid until after due date, our WHMCS system will automatically delete the account with / without notification. We are not responsible for any data if the dues are not paid.
7. We do not offer any refunds for invoice renewal / payments.
8. We do not offer any refunds for the system that are under the promotional code (coupon code) even if it is less than 7 days money back.
9. If any customer uses offensive language (unwanted words or bad words) on any support methods such as (Livechat, Email, Ticket, Whatsapp) we will terminate the customer service immediately without any excuses. We are not responsible for the data inside your account.
10. The web hosting service's web site is not allowed on our server. If you host it and notify it by our team, we will suspend it. To cancel the customer, he / she must send us proof of company registration, proof of identity provided by the Government after verification, we will cancel the account suspension. Failure to provide evidence during the time frame will fail to cancel the service and no refunds will be made.
11. In accordance with our mail policy, you are not permitted to send any unsolicited / bulk email messages in any of our services such as: subscriber, reseller, major seller and VPS plans. We do not offer any refunds on unsolicited emails / bulk emails. It is blocked on all of our VPS servers because all major service providers are running IP6 to ipv4 tunnels to deliver outbound mail, as well as running a dual stack for incoming email (e-mail messages can be sent to their IPv4 address and will process delivery to the client on IPv6 .
12. There is no refund for promotional hosting plans until purchased for one or two years.
13. Promotion of free hosting is not allowed for any distributor / retailer. If submitted, the account will be suspended and no refunds will be made. To reactivate your account the customer must pay the activation fee to use the resources of $ 15.00 (non-refundable payment) We will terminate all account under WHM
14. You are not allowed to create hosting with free domains such as tt .ga .ml. cf and other free areas. Abuse cases are increased using free domains. If you want to host a free domain you need to get approval from our abuse / security team.
15. All accounts will be suspended on the fifth day of maturity and will be terminated on the eighth day of maturity. We are not responsible for any loss of data if the account is terminated due to payment, we can help you restore backups only if available in the backup server will be charged.
